Narrative

As the operator lowered the work basket, a ratchet strap hanging from a bolt plate was stuck on the basket. The tension caused the ratchet strap to pop off, and struck the injured worker in the hand. He was accompanied to the clinic by the project safety coordinator. This resulted in stitches on his right hand.
