## Narrative

Injured employee was trying to separate two connected drill steels.  He pulled the steel toward himself to spring the steel to steel connection.  When he pulled on it, the steel to steel connection broke releasing the stored energy causing the steel he was holding to come back and strike him in his mouth causing a fractured tooth requiring dental treatment.
