Employee experienced a shift change in his hearing. Audio base line was set in 2000. He was tested on 02/07/13 and a shift was discovered in his right ear. He was re-tested on 05/22/13 and a shift remained in his right ear. He is being sent to an Audiologist and ENT specialist to verify whether or not he had other independent medical issues.
