EE was struck by a scaffold tube when the tube being passed was mishandled & fell striking the EE in the lower lumber of his back. The EE suffered a contusion & was seen by a medical doctor which prescribed two medications & gave him a week off work due to pain. All x-rays were negative soft tissue injury only. The EE has limited ability to bend over & twist side to side.
