## Narrative

Individual was pulling a loaded cart with supplies through an airlock door on the shaft bottom. Individual had the right hand on the handle and the left hand on the door while sliding the door open the left index finger was pinched between the door and the frame. Individual sustained a fracture to the tip of the left index finger.
