Narrative

We had some containers of sodium sulfide. During a routine inspection it was found that some of the containers had compromised lids. The incident happened when the sulfide was being transferred to new containers. Two of the employees began to throw up and all three were taken to the hospital. William Breeding drove them to the hospital and became sick as well.
