Narrative

Miner was assisting in ongoing maintenance of the feed hopper on belt feeder number 1. While he was moving a sheet of steel with a co-worker, the steel sheet was caught on frozen ground. When he pulled the sheet to loosen it, he said that his lower back ""popped"" causing pain. Smart Sand notes cold weather as conditions possibly associated with this accident.
