Narrative

He was sitting on a bench in the bath house at the end of his shift & collapsed. When transferred to the local emergency room he was diagnosed with syncope (fainting). He stated that he was working in a warm environment and hadn't had any liquids. It is believed he suffered dehydration. He began missing his next scheduled shift. This is being reported as an occupational illness.
