Narrative

Injured and a second employee were in the process of changing L443 Weigh Belt. Injured was holding up the tail pulley take-up as employee 2 unscrewed the take-up bolts. When the bolts were removed the tail pulley dropped farther than anticipated (10""-12"") to the housing below. Injured' s finger was pinched causing a laceration.
