Initial audiometric test indicated a reportable STS shift. Employee was seen by an Audiologist between the initial test and retest. He was scheduled for surgery due to skin cancer in his right ear. Retest was conducted, but results were invalid due to medical condition. STS shift is being reported at this time and baseline will be revised.
