Narrative

A tech had an L2L3 fusion in Oct 2011-not work related-returned Mar 2012.On 11-21-12 felt back pain when pulling on a fuel hose.Was diagnosed w/degeneration and no surgery was needed.Pain continued over next several months and she was unable to report to work on 6-17-13 due to back pain.
