Narrative

Pan was in down position that would cause tire to elevate off of ground by 4""-6"". Tire has stored energy (potenetial energy) prior to breaking the tire free from the structure. When tire was freed, tire dropped, pivoting about left side putting employee's hand in a pinch point between the frame and the tire.
