Narrative

IE was driving toward section belt on Johnson Man-Trip. Riding w/right hand resting on warning bell & driving w/left hand on solid steering wheel. Man-trip hit uneven bottom causing operator to grip bell w/right hand. The bell bowl spun pinching his finger between the bell and the clapper causing a FX. Continuing to work full duty. Surgery is scheduled for 07/09/13.
