Narrative

The IE had just finished operating #16 Shuttle Car. When he exited the Shuttle Car, he stepped out on his right foot onto a piece of coal and rolled his ankle. This resulted in torn ligaments to the outside of his right foot. The IE was wearing rubber Lacrosse metatarsal boots at the time of the incident.
