## Narrative

Technician was changing a swing cylinder on a backhoe. They screwed a bolt in the end of pin to protect the keeper threads from getting damaged while driving out the pin. While driving out the pin, the bolt sheared off and struck the technician above the right eye causing a puncture wound of about 3/8"" wide.
