Narrative

Employee was removing lip shroud protector bolts from a 998H Loader. He placed his hand over bolt head in order to keep it from spinning. While using 3/4"" impact wrench from above to loosen, the bolt head pushed through into employee's hand and caused a 2"" laceration to his left palm just below the thumb. Employee received stitches.
