Narrative

Employee was hooking up a charger receptacle after making a circuit breaker test. When he pulled on the cable to hook it up he felt a pain in his groin. He returned to work on June 6 and 7. He took vacation June 10 - 14. On June 17 he had surgery. He missed June 17 - 21. The mine was idle from June 22 to July 7. He missed July 8 and returned to work July 9, 2013
