On 6/13/13 EE filed a hearing loss claim with the KY Labor Cabinet, Dept of Workers Claims. As per his medical report he has a 51% hearing loss in the right ear and a 66% hearing loss in the left ear. There is no accident associated with this claim. Note on report,EE retired 4/13/12
