Narrative

EE was trying to remove a water nozzle that was attached to a water monitor. The ee had put the monitor in a vise and attempted to unscrew the nozzle with a pipe wrench. The nozzle slipped in the vise causing the ee to lose balance and fall. The ee put his right hand down to break the fall and fell on his wrist.
