Narrative

The employee was bolting on the Tailgate section, in the 2 to 3 crosscut when the incident occurred. The operators set a metal strap up on their steels. Then a rock fell on the right side of the ATRS, striking employee on the top of the left foot. The size of the rock was approximately 32""x 5""x 18"". The laceration required 5 sutures to close.
