## Narrative

A miner was descending an equipment ladder on a surface haul truck. When he reached the bottom, he stepped on the ground and twisted at the same time causing his knee to ""pop."" This miner has a history of non-work related injuries to the same knee. This previous injury combined with the twisting motion contributed to the injury.
