## Narrative

On 7/1/2013, while shoveling material under the finish mill belt, employee extended to lift a shovel of material and felt pull in lower back. He did not feel the injury was severe enough to go to the doctor and treated it at home.  He felt it ""tighten"" up on 7/18 while picking up tree branches and visited the doctor on 7/22. He was placed on lifting restrictions and prescribed PT.
