## Narrative

Emp was carrying a tool bag. The tool bag was in front of him about chest high which limited his visibility. He made a right hand turn. When he turned he stepped on a timber 6""x6""x3' and twisted his right ankle. He requested to go to the dr on 7/25/13 and has 2 fractures. He was on days off after the fall and requested not to go to the dr. at time of injury.
