## Narrative

While traveling down track, mantrip came off track. While jacking up ride, EE could not get leverage with jack bar so he started using slate bar. He thought he heard the jack ""click"" lock into place so he took his hand off of the slate bar. It swing up striking him in the hand and also hitting him in the face. Resulted in bruised hand & 3/4"" laceration requiring 6 sutures.
