Narrative

While leaning over neutral header to pick up scale employee felt his ribs flex and a small twinge of pain that went away after about 30 minutes. Employee went on 4 days off. Reported it on 7/28/13 when he came back to work his ribs hurt when he tried to pick up or pull anything. Restricted duty starting 8/1/13.
