## Narrative

Employee was loading a 2""x50' rolled up sand blasting hose into the bed of half ton pick up.  Employee dropped the hose 6"" to 8"" above the truck bed resulting in the hose unrolling and striking employee in the upper lip with the hard plastic nozzle on the end of the hose.  Employee received 3 stitches in his upper lip.
