Narrative

Ground fall went beyond the longest support in stope 2900W 10200 East heading. MSHA was called & notified. They came out & did inspection/investigagtion. We have repaired with shot crete, bolts & wire. A brow has been established & the cut has advanced. We will continu to established mining procedures to safely mine the stope.
