IP was descending haul truck stairs when he slipped and felt pain in his knee. He was seen at the CCMH where an X-ray was taken. No conclusive information was attained and was scheduled for an appointment with an Ortho. An MRI was taken and when reviewed 8-07-2013, it was determined that there was a medial tear to the meniscus and a torn ACL making this injury a Lost Time.
