Narrative

The employee was using a pusher to unstop the clogged material where he was installing a rib pin and while doing so he struck his hand against the drill steel causing a cut to his little finger. EMPLOYEE DID NOT GO TO THE DOCTOR UNTIL 8/5/13 AND WAS THEN DIAGNOSED WITH A FRACTURE TO THE TIP OF THE RIGHT HAND PINKY FINGER.
