## Narrative

Employee was operating the continuous miner (CM) and he noticed a large piece of draw rock resting on the top of the CM.  He was attempting to remove the draw rock and the rock broke loose, sliding toward the employee and striking and fracturing his left foot.  He started missing time on 7/31/2013.
