## Narrative

Injured was installing a car coupler on a mantrip, he reached down to get the pin out of the second coupler and the first one fell out of the slot on the mantrip smashing his middle finger. PPE was not a factor, compliance rules/regs was not a factor, mining equipment/system was not factor, miner proficiency was not a factor.
