## Narrative

Employee was inspecting fire extinguisher in Haul Unit Operator Cab. While climbing down the access ladder his feet suddenly slipped out from under him and he lost his balance. His left shin and ankle struck the ladder steps. He held onto the ladder grab rails and was able to get his feet back on the ladder and climb down. He requested medical treatment on 8/12/13
