## Narrative

Injured was hooking up flinger duster to scoop to take off hydraulics. He had position himself between scoop and flinger duster. He got himself between the scoop and fell on belt structure laying on the mine floor injuring his left knee. PPE was not a factor, mining equipment/system was not a factor, compliance of rules/regs was a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
