## Narrative

Employee was standing on the platform while the ATRS was lowered to put up the last row of bolts, when the ATRS lowered a rock fell ahead of the boom and knocked the operator off the platform. He fell 3 feet to the ground and landed on the piece of rock. He had lacerations to his face and left arm that required stitches. His face had broken bones.
