Narrative

Employee was unaware that he got a FB into his right eye. When shift was over, he went home, slept & when he awoke-his eye was red & irritated. He reported for his next shift-supervisor took him to medic & we sent him to Doctor. FB was removed. He was issued a full release. No days missed.
