At approx 2:30 pm on 8/30/13, the mine examiner found a roof fall. The roof fall is located in the #3 entry of the 1-West Mains at survey station # 2700. The roof fall is approx 18' wide x 30' long x 6'-8' high. There are no injuries associated with the roof fall. The roof fall will be dangered off. Ventilation has not been affected.
