Narrative

Injured employee sustained a fractured right hand while operating a single head roof bolter on 1 North Mains. While drilling a hole he lost suction on the bolter. Injured employee lowered the drill head and placed his hand on the drill head to check for suction when the drill steel struck fell from the top and struck his right hand.
