## Narrative

Maintenance Mechanic was exiting the Bull gang truck at the 53 Shovel and strained his back.  He reported the incident the next day and was sent to the clinic.  Was instructed to use all steps when exiting and proper stretching should be done before work.  Was hired at 237 lbs and the time of injury 294 lbs. Employee is Scheduled for PT 09/05/2013
