## Narrative

Three employees were changing inserts on circuit 4 feeder breaker when coal dust flashed causing burns to all three employees.  Employees were transported to Campbell County Memorial Hospital and later flown to the Western States Burn Center in Greely Colorado for the best immediate care with non life threatening injuries.
