Narrative

A mobile maintenance employee was performing a maintenance task. He was splitting the track on a D9T3 Dozer to remove the left front Idler for rebuild. As he was removing the bolts from the scissor joint, (4 bolts) the joint came apart causing him to over extend his hamstring.
