## Narrative

Miner was opening a set of air-lock doors to let a scoop through. While in the process of closing a door, it came back and hit him on the left arm and side of his body. He continued to work for 2 months, but was having pain in the left hip. Tests taken on 9/6/2013 showed that he had a fracture to the hip bone. He was sent to see a surgeon, but has continued to work up to this time.
