Narrative

Warehouse employee attempted to move a 55 gal drum (barrel)of lubricant from one pallet to another so that it could be picked with the forklift and delivered. This was being done manually by pulling the top and maneuvering it over, the employee did not use a drum hoist. He lost control of the barrel and pinched his hand between the barrels. His wound required two stitches.
