## Narrative

Employee had raised the cover over reel to check the cable and left it in a raised position. He dropped the remote box for the MRS and when he bent over to pick up the box he placed his right hand on top of the MRS frame. The lid fell catching his right little finger between the frame and lid causing a laceration resulting in stitches.
