Narrative

A fall was discovered on E-1 Panel in the #1 Entry that was an alternate escapeway. The fall area measured 184' long and was bolted with 6' and 8' SuperTwist bolts and 16' CC cable bolts. No people, equipment, or ventilation was affected. The escapeway was re-routed.
