Narrative

While working on cleaning a stope, Ee felt he was exposed to some kind of gas and left the work area. Taken to ER, diagnosed with exposure to gas, given oxygen and released to full duty. Ee followed up on 09/26/13 and was diagnosed with an occupational illness, chemical pneumonia, resulting from the exposure.
