## Narrative

Eaton construction was using a guzzler truck to excavate material next to the Assay Lab. An EE was using the wand and handed it to IE and IE was unable to keep it from passing over his left foot. The high pressure cut a hole in his boot and foot about 3/8"" in diameter. IE was unable to return to his next scheduled shift.
