Narrative

Employee stated while turning a left hand break in the #4 entry on the 1 West section a rib rolled out striking him on the legs knocking him down. Another employee had to help him get the rock off of his leg. When the rib hit him it caused him to twist his RT knee which caused pain between his RT knee and ankle.
