A tech was moving a swing bearing capsule in the revolving frame of the dragline. The capsule was suspended vertically by come-a-longs as it was being passed through the last bulkhead when a capsule bolt caught on the opening. The technician's left palm was pinched/lacerated as he freed the capsule and it moved suddenly in the opposite direction than expected.
