Employee experienced a shift change in his hearing. Audio base line was set in 2000. He was tested on 09/17/13 and a shift was discovered in his right ear. He was re-tested on 9/23/13 and the shift remained in his right ear. He is scheduled to see an audiologist to verify whether or not he had other independent medical issues.
