Narrative

He was bent over shoveling on the 7B Longwall Headgate area when a rock dislodged from the rib or roof and struck him in the back. He remained working without absence until medical evidence indicated a fracture of the L-4 Vertebrae. He began to miss work due to his injuries on 10-1-13.
